very similar to chair 352 by C.H. Hoffmann at Gispen (1953), on our chair the back legs are pinched-in, this is distinctive to Jan Schröfer/De Cirkel chairs; on Gispen chairs these align with the front legs;

underneath the armrests there is a unique concave tube end; on the back-support it’s a heavy-duty cap;
