it was stored on it’s back in the warehouse: the wrapping was pushed/imbedded into the upper back, simple brushing won’t get the creases out, see photo

“The design of the Humphrey armchair asserts a certain modernity and a place in its time with its efficiency and economy of means. The two massive volumes of the seat float in the air, suspended from a slim, elegant structure, a gesture like the pen-stroke of a calligrapher. To the steel wire and fabric of the seat, a third material is added for the armrest: solid sculpted wood, a noble, welcoming materials which function like a punctuation mark to the fluid writing of the structure.“ -text by Ligne Roset
