these are very sturdy and durable chairs, easily stackable

they is a lot (!) of wear and stacking damage
offered for reupholstering, the seats and backs are still good but each corner is open, hence the low low price
we can reupholster these in any color or fabric of your choice and would gladly do so, cost dependent on fabric choice
