DAX = Dining height Armchair X-base;

one piece polypropylene (plastic) shell with integrated armrests;

is it reddish-orange or orangey-red? the seat cushion is definitely red;

upholstered memory foam seat cushion, the stretchy fabric has lost some of it’s stretch and tends to lie wrinkled;

chromed tube steel base and legs; in the original design the tubes crossed under the seat providing only one spot to weld, this was quickly changed to the ‘H’ profile you see here;

adjustable levelling feet;

design classic!

originally designed as a dining room chair, but usable anywhere!
